Terms and Conditions

Orinway Leisure (Pvt) Ltd. Provides a range of tour packages and other service for our passengers. The following agreement ensures the terms and conditions in order for us to provide the necessary service for the users. Any person utilizing services from us through our website are bound to read, understand and accept the terms and conditions, which will produce the required services for the users. With respect to any services to be provided by us, all rights and liabilities shall be restricted to the extent of this agreement towards the user and/or us.

We strongly advice all users to follow through the mentioned procedure in the product/service page in order to avoid any misunderstandings when making a certain booking through our website.

  1. Making a Booking

You unconditionally accept and acknowledge to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein when you book a tour package or other services through our website. By making a booking on behalf of any other party through our website you confirm that you have been given the full authority and power by the party on whose behalf you are making the booking to accept the terms and conditions set out herein on behalf of that party.

Acceptance of money from you towards the bookings or issuance of itineraries will constitute the contract related to the booking .

The total cost of the service you are booking becomes payable in full with immediate effect, unless you are informed in writing by us that you are eligible to make a part payment. In the event a part payment is provided details related to the payment of the balance payment will be notified to you at the same time. In any event the balance payment should be made at least seven business days (7) before the first date the booking has been made for.

  1. Our Rates

All rates provided are subject to availability/ change due to change in taxes, exchange rates etc. We encourage you to double check and reconfirm any booking in order in avoid any complications. We reserve the right to change the given rates at any time before you proceed with the payment for the booking. In the event of any change of the rate the amended rate will be informed to you prior and/or at the time of payment.

  1. Accepted Payments

Orinway Leisure accepts the payments in forms such as Cash, Cheque, Credit/Debit card (Surcharge/ Convenience fee will be added), Bank Transfers. Upon payment the following documents will be provided to you:

  • Payment received confirmation (receipt and invoice)
  • Detailed Tour Itinerary (if required)
  • Airline E-ticket
  • Hotel Confirmation Voucher
  • Visa Approval (If the Visa is approved )
  1. Changes By You For a Booking

If under any circumstance you wish to change your booking in anyway after payments have been received, such amendment shall be only possible if approved by the airline or agents/hotels and you agree not be hold us liable for any refusal by the airline or agents/ hotels to approve such changes. Changes maybe be subject to availability. Any form of change should be requested 10 days prior to departure date. Booking changes may be subject to penalty charge if advised by airline, agent or hotel which should be paid by you prior to the process of such change when requested by us. If changes need to be made please make the request via email. We will not proceed with booking changes without an email request.

  1. Cancellation of Booking

Cancellations may be subject to penalty charges or if payments have been made to airline, agent or hotel forfeiture of non-refundable charges. If you wish to cancel your booking please ensure to request via email. In any case you wish to make a cancellation on behalf of someone else, please keep in mind that we will not proceed with third party cancellations without written approval provided by the person who made the original booking. Refund maybe be provided only at the approval of the airline, agent or hotel. Please note full refund may not be provided.

  1. Changes Due to Unforeseen Circumstances

During or before your vacation if any cancellation or changes to your Booking is required due to any event such as natural disasters, terrorism, civil unrest, rioting, war, floods etc. take place, Orinway Leisure shall not be liable to effect such change or liable for refund of such booking.. We highly advise you to acquire travel insurance prior to your travel in order to protect your interest from such situations. Booking of Airline tickets will only be processed if passenger agrees with our policy. We are also not responsible for any changes imposed to such Booking by re-scheduling or cancellation of flights by any airline.

Documentation

Where travel and health documents are necessary to comply with the requirements of the embassy or airline, it is solely the traveler’s responsibility to provide the requested documents when informed. When applying for a Visa, the Embassy has full authority to request documents at any time when an application for a visa is being processed. Visas shall be issued at the sole discretion of the Embassy and therefore, Orinway Leisure shall not be liable for the rejection of Visa applications.

Travel Insurance

Any medical expenses arising overseas, loss or damage to luggage and personal liability claims will solely be traveler’s responsibility therefore, we highly recommend you to apply for a suitable travel insurance cover with us in order to avoid any issues during your vacation.

 Complaints

We aim to please you by providing our very best to ensure that your travel arrangements have met your expectations. However, if under any circumstance you have a complaint related to any service we have agreed to provide for you, do not hesitate to inform us at your earliest in order for us to provide you a better and more convenient service. When making a complaint, ensure to provide the Booking confirmation number, emails or other documentation to inquire into your complaint and/or problem to attempt to resolve the matter..

Please Note: if you do not follow the given procedure, we are unable to inquire into your complaint, as we may not sufficient information related to the matter to resolve the problem.

Effective Date

This policy is effective from 01st January 2017 and it replaces all privacy policies issued by Orinway Leisure (Pvt) Ltd. We reserve the right to change our policy at any given time.
